Subject: ASSIGN THE HOMEWORK TO STUDENT REGARDING ANTI–DENGUE SOPS.
Kindly refer to the subject cited above.
As per verbal direction received from the Health Department Bahawalpur, please assign the homework to the Students of School regarding Anti-Dengue SOPs. Assign the following Questions Ask from the mother:
- Either the tray of fridge is dry or not?
- The air cooler water is removed and dryout?
- The roof of the house is cleane?
- The stagnant water is removed from the house and lawns?
- The junk yard is properly removed or covered?
NOTE: The Full name and Signature of mother must be readable on the end of homework.
