Reference to the assessment of trees vide letter No 839. Dated 18-10-2023 regard ling subject cited above. It is stated that you are allowed to carry out the subject activity alter fulfilling all the codal formalities.
Note.
- Auction should be publically, by dully notified committee which may contain the following members:-
a. PTC Members.
b. Notable person of society.
c. Public representative.
d. Office representative.
2.           Report & deposited challan as per term and conditions of auction/bidding notice may be immediately submitted after the completion of auction process.
3.           Make public announcements through Social media, loud speakers & publish/paste the auction notice on School Main Gate
