Sindh Government Launches Data Collection for Girls’ Stipend 2024-25:

The Government of Sindh’s School Education & Literacy Department has officially initiated the data collection and online entry process for the Girls’ Stipend Program 2024-25. This stipend program aims to support female students in classes 6, 9, and 10 by ensuring timely financial assistance for their education.

To ensure a transparent and efficient disbursement process, the Reform Support Unit (RSU), in collaboration with UNICEF, has developed the Girls Stipend Disbursement Dashboard with technical assistance from A-Net. This platform will facilitate accurate and timely data entry to ensure that all eligible students receive their stipends without delay.

The notification instructs District Education Officers (DEOs), school heads, and education coordinators to properly collect and enter the required student data online. The deadline for submitting accurate records on the GS Dashboard is March 23, 2025.

Strict adherence to the provided guidelines is necessary to ensure 100% transparency and efficient stipend distribution for the academic year 2024-25. Please find the official notification below:

SUBJECT:             DATA COLLECTION AND DATA ENTRY OF GIRLS STIPEND AY 2024-25

                              The activity for disbursement of stipend to girl students of classes 6,9 and 10 for A.Y.2024-25 has been initiated across Sindh which requires collection of the required data for A.Y.2024-25 as per eligibility criteria for last AY-2023-24 to effectively collect and timely online record the data and ensure subsequent disbursement of the stipend to all eligible girl students for current AY-2024-25. RSU in collaboration with the UNICEF, has devised a Girls Stipend Disbursement Dashboard with the technical support of A-Net.

02.                        In order to achieve 100% transparency in the data collection for distribution of Girls Stipend AY-2024-25, it is requested that the DEOs & HMs of your region may be instructed to fill the SAP forms correctly and online data entry on GS Dashboard as per given instructions.

03.                        Moreover, it is also advised to all DEOs/TEOs to fully cooperate with the LSU District Coordinators and provide required full technical support and staff to District Coordinators-LSU for completion of the Girls Stipend data entry for AY-2024-25 in time.

04                          It must be noted the required girl students’ data must be accurately online entered in the GS Dashboard till 23rd of March 2025 so that stipend activity may be conducted timely and transparently.

  • Meet the final deadline of March 23, 2025 to prevent delays.
