Opening Of E-Transfer Round for Extreme Hardship Categories in Bahawalnagar-Notification

Subject:           OPENING OF E-TRANSFER ROUND FOR EXTREME HARDSHIP CATEGORIES (WIDOW, DIVORCED, WED-LOCK, MEDICAL)

Apropos the subject captioned above.

It is to inform you that an urgent Zoom-meeting has been convened today on 07.8.2024 at 03:00 P.M., which was headed by the Director (Monitoring) Government of the Punjab, School Education Department Lahore, on the subject captioned above.

In said meeting, it has been informed that Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has planned for considering extreme hardship transfer cases before the commencement of scheduled e-transfer round already circulated. For the said purpose, applications from the teachers falling in following categories have been invited alongwith complete supporting documents.

1. Widow: (Death Certificate duly attested)
2. Divorced: (Divorce paper duly attested)
3. Wed-Lock: (Nikkan Nama alongwith proof of Wed-lock claim)
4. Medical: (Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Board / Medical Superintendent of concerned Hospital)

This assignment of collecting the written applications from concerned teachers falling in above categories (complete in all respect) shall remain continue since 08.8.2024, 09.8.2024 & 10.8.2024 (03-three days only).

You are therefore directed to circulate this information in your respective domain immediately advising concerned teachers to personally come up in this office and submit their written applications alongwith relevant documents, supporting to their stance, including name & EMIS code of current and desired school as well as complete personal file with CNIC during office timings in these three days.

Note: The applicant teachers cannot apply for their posting in those schools which are going to be handed over to Punjab Education Foundation.
