Prime Minister Orders Transfer of NESPAK from Power Division to Cabinet Division for Streamlined Oversight-Notification

PRIME MINISTER’S OFFICE ISLAMABAD

Subject:           TRANSFER OF NATIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES PAKISTAN  (NESPAK) FROM POWER DIVISION TO CABINET DIVISION

The Prime Minister has been pleased to direct that National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) shall be transferred from Power Division to Cabinet Division along with all assets and liabilities henceforth, in terms of the Rule 3(3) of the Rules of Business, 1973.

2.       The Prime Minister has further been pleased to direct that requisite formalities shall be completed in this regard, within (01) one month.
