Sindh Government Announces Public Holiday on April 4, 2025:
The Government of Sindh has officially declared April 4, 2025 (Friday), a public holiday to observe the 46th Martyrdom Anniversary of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan. This decision applies to all government offices, autonomous bodies, semi-autonomous institutions, corporations, and local councils operating under the administrative control of the Sindh government. However, essential services will remain functional as usual.
Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was a prominent political leader and the founder of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). His contributions to Pakistan’s political and economic landscape are widely recognized, making April 4 a significant day in the country’s history.
