Uploading of School-Based Assessment Results: PEC’s Time-Sensitive Notification:

The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC), in a letter dated January 15, 2025, has issued a directive regarding the uploading of the assessment results for the School Based Assessment (SBA) for the 1^st Term held in September 2024 and the Mid-Term held in December 2024. The communication is specifically addressed to the Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of the District Education Authorities (DEAs) of Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, and Rajanpur. The PEC has instructed the CEOs to ensure that the assessment results for all grades and subjects are uploaded to the “SMP SED” mobile application managed by the Punjab Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU). This directive has been issued under the authority of the Secretary, School Education Department, Government of Punjab, with a deadline for completion set for January 21, 2025. 2.                           I am directed by the competent authority Le. the Secretary, School Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab to coordinate with the Chief Executive Officer’s- DEA’s of Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh and Rajanpur for uploading the data/ assessment results of SBA 1^st Term held in Sept-2024 and Mid-term held in Dee-2024 respectively of all grades and all subjects on SMP SED mobile application managed by the PMIU.
