2. Special Secretary, Higher Education Department                   Member
3. Special Secretary, Higher Education Department, South Punjab (only for South Punjab)                                        Member
4. Chairman, Punjab Higher Education Commission/ his nominee not below the rank of Director                            Member
5. Additional Secretary (A&G), Higher Education Department     Member
6. Additional Secretary (E&SI), Higher Education Department     Member
7. Directorate of Public Instructions (Colleges), Punjab, Lahore   Member
