NOTIFICATION
No. LCS(Acctt-Misc)-2(71)/2005-P. In pursuance of decision of Punjab Local Govt. Board in its special meeting held on 23.07.2024, Finance Department’s circular letter bearing No. FD.SR.V.4-1/2024 dated 12.07.2024 regarding grant of Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2024 is hereby adopted mutatis mutandis w.e.f 01.07.2024 to all the regular / contract employees of Punjab Local Government Board (PLGB) / Members of Local Government Service (LGS) and Local Council Service (Health) on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the ibid circular letter of Finance Department as per following rates:
| Sr. No. | Basic Pay Scale | Rate of Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2024 w.e.f. 01.07.2024 |
| i. | BPS-1 to 16 | @ 25% of Running Basic Pay |
| ii. | BPS-17 to 22 | @ 20% of Running Basic Pay |
2.           The expenditures shall be met out of the funds of PLGB, concerned local governments and concerned District Health Authorities (DHAs).
