Balochistan Declares Eid-ul-Azha 2025 Holidays for Four Days:

In a recent update, the Government of Balochistan has officially announced a four-day public holiday on the joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Azha 2025. According to the latest Government Notification, all government and semi-government offices across the province will remain closed from Friday, 6th June to Monday, 9th June 2025. This decision is aligned with the Federal Government’s earlier press release issued by the Cabinet Secretariat, Islamabad.

This new press release supersedes the earlier announcement made on 1st June 2025. It applies to both five-day and six-day working week offices operating within the province. The notice further directs that this information be circulated widely through English and Urdu newspapers and given proper exposure via electronic media.

DECLARATION OF PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ON THE OCCASION OF EID-UL-AZHA

In supersession of this Department’s press release of even number dated 1st June, 2025 and in continuation of Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Cabinet Division, Islamabad’s Press Release No.10-01/2024-Min-II dated 2nd June, 2025, it is notified for general information that the Government of Balochistan has been pleased to declare 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th June, 2025 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) as public holidays in the Province on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, both for offices observing five (5) and six (6) days’ working week.

                        The above Press Release may kindly be published in all local English and Urdu newspapers and also be given wide publicity through electronic media.
