Sindh Education Department Rolls Out Phase-IX Induction Training for New Primary Teachers:
The School Education & Literacy Department, Sindh, has officially announced the commencement of Phase-IX Initial Professional Development (Induction Training) for newly recruited Primary School Teachers (PSTs). The training is set to begin on May 12, 2025, across designated training centers in the province.
This mandatory induction program aims to equip new teachers with essential skills and pedagogical techniques to enhance the quality of primary education in Sindh. District and Taluka Education Officers (DEOs/TEOs) have been directed to submit a detailed list of untrained PSTs and ensure their timely release for the training.

SUBJECT: INITIAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (INDUCTION TRAINING) PHASE-IX OF NEWLY RECRUITED PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS (PSTS) IN SINDH
With the approval of competent authority, your esteemed office is being informed that the Batch-IX of Initial Professional Development (Induction Training) of the newly recruited appointed PSTs in Sindh will start from May 12, 2025 at the designated nominated training centres. The list of all centres is enclosed.
Your good office is requested to kindly issue the directives/instructions to all concerned District Education Officer (DEOS) / Taluka Education Officers (TEOS) to share the detailed list of all PSTS (who already have not attended the Induction Training) to this office. Furthermore it is also requested that all nominated trainees by your office, may kindly be relieved timely before May 12, 2025 to attend the said training on their respective training centres. Your extended cooperation is highly anticipated.
This may kindly be assigned Most Urgent and Top Priority status.
