The Government of Sindh’s School Education & Literacy Department has issued an important official notification regarding the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting for the promotion of Head Masters/Head Mistresses (BS-17) to BS-18. Scheduled for 29th May 2025 at 11:00 AM, this critical meeting will take place in the Committee Room of the School Education & Literacy Department, Karachi.
All concerned Directors of School Education across Sindh, including Karachi, Hyderabad, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, and Larkana, have been directed to submit ACRs, No-Dues Certificates, and other required documents by 19th May 2025. SUBJECT: MEETING OF DEPARTMENTAL PROMOTION COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER THE PROMOTION CASES OF HEAD MASTERS / HEAD MISTRESSES (BS-17) TO THE POST OF HEAD MASTERS/HEAD MISTRESSES (BS-18).
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the School Education and Literacy Department intends to hold Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting on 29.05.2025 (Thursday) at 11:00 A.M. to consider the promotion cases of Head Masters / Head Mistresses (BS-17) to the post of Head Masters/Head Mistresses (BS-18) in the Committee room of School Education & Literacy Department.
2. All the Directors are requested to submit/furnish ACRs, No dues/ No Inquiry and other relevant documents by 19.05.2025 (Monday).
3. You are therefore requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting on above date and time.
