The notification targets officers across Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur, and Larkana, urging them to urgently submit the required data for OT (Oriental Teachers), DT (Drawing Teachers), PET (Physical Education Teachers), SLT (Senior Language Teachers), and WI (Workshop Instructors).

Despite previous correspondence issued on 10^th March 2025 and a follow-up reminder on 14^th April 2025, the necessary details remain unsubmitted. The Sindh Government emphasizes that this data is crucial for onward processing by the Finance Department for potential upgradation from BPS-09 to BPS-16 under applicable rules.

                        I am directed to refer to this department’s letter of even number dated 10.03.2025 followed by reminder dated 14.04.2025, on the subject noted above and to state the requisite information in the matter is still awaited.

2.                     You are therefore, requested to expedite the matter and furnish details of teachers of other cadre (DT/DM) on the prescribed proforma (attached) as soon as possible to this department for onward submission to Finance Department, for taking further necessary action as per rules/policy.
