Sindh Govt Issues Final Reminder for Promotion Cases Submission – Urgent Action Required:

The Government of Sindh’s School Education & Literacy Department has issued a second reminder regarding the submission of required documents for the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting. This notification concerns the promotion of Assistants, Stenographers, and Accountants (BPS-16) to the posts of Superintendent and Accounts Officer (BPS-17).

Despite previous notifications on May 23, 2024, September 4, 2024, and December 16, 2024, the relevant offices have not yet submitted the necessary working papers, including ACRs, No Dues Certificates, Inquiry Status, and Vacancy Position Certificates. The department has now directed the concerned authorities to urgently submit the complete documents within a week to finalize the DPC meeting schedule.

Failure to comply may result in delays in the promotion process, affecting eligible employees. Below is the official notification for further details: Please find the notification:

                              I am directed to refer to this department’s letter of even number dated 23.05.2024 subsequetly reminder dated 04.09.2024 & 16.12.2024 on the subject noted above whereby you were requested to submit working papers complete in all respects i.e ACRs, No Dues, No Inquiry, Synopses of ACRS, and certificates that no any appeal pending against seniority lists. Moreover, consolidated No Dues/ No Inquiry certificates and vacancy position certificate within 15 days positively through special messenger but till to date no any response received from your offices.

02/                        You are therefore once again requested to submit the required working papers complete in all respects within a week time positively so that the date of DPC may be fixed for consideration of promotion cases of Assistant/ Stenographer/ Accountant (BS-16) to the post of Superintendent /Accounts Officer (BS-17).
