CIRCULAR
It has been observed with serious concern that the Private Educational institutions/Schools under the jurisdiction of this Directorate are not following the Education Policy laid down in the Private Educational Institutions (Regulation & Control) Ordinance, Rules, Conditions of Registration and the Circulars issued by this Directorate.
Reportedly, private schools are issuing Challans on account of study packs, (uniforms, stationer, charging annual fee, registration fee, exam fee and other illegal fees/charges). Hence, it is crystal clear that any fee other than Admission and tuition fee is illegal.
So you arc directed to stop such practices immediately.
In case of non-compliance the action under “Sindh Privately Managed Educational Institutions (Regulation & Control) Ordinance 2001 & Rule 2005″ will be initiated against the institution.
