SUBJECT: OBSERVANCE OF DISCIPLINE IN LOCAL COUNCILS OF SINDH
With reference to the letter no. RO(LG)/Misc./4(35)/2024 Dated: 27th September 2024 on the subject noted above issued by Special Secretary, (LG), GOS, Karachi (Copy enclosed for ready reference).
As per the letter referred above and the instructions given in the above letter that all the LCs should ensure utilization of local Fund of the council in order strictly described under section 106 of the SLGA-2013 and salary/ pension of all Local Council/Committees Employees should be paid as per entitlement by 5th of every month.
Hence I am directed to follow the instructions of Government to avoid further court cases in the Honorable Courts.
This may be treated as most Urgent/Top priority/Most immediate.
