Subject: DEPARTMENTAL PROMOTION COMMITTEE MEETING TO CONSIDER THE PROMOTION CASES OF ASSISTANT/ STENOGRAPHER (BPS-16) TO THE POST OF SUPERINTENDENT (BPS-17).
          I am directed to refer to this department’s letter of even number dated 23.05.2024 on the subject noted above whereby you were requested to submit working papers complete in all respects i.e ACRs, No Dues, No Inquiry, Synopses of ACRs, and certificates that no any appeal pending against seniority lists. Moreover, consolidated No Dues/ No Inquiry certificates and vacancy position certificate within 15 days positively through special messenger but till to date no any response received from your offices.
02.    You are therefore once again requested to submit the required working papers complete in all respects within a week time positively so that the date of DPC may be fixed for consideration of promotion cases of Assistant/Stenographer (BS-16) to the post of Superintendent (BS-17).
