Subject:   VENDOR PAYMENTS WITH MANDATORY IBAN/EXCEPTION REPORT ON “INVALID CNICs”

Reference is invited to this office letters of even number on the captioned subject.

02.        A strung note has been taken of the fact that CNICs and IBANs of payees are still not fully available/authenticated in the system. .This raises high risk of wrongful payments. Accordingly, payment to all payees without valid CNIC and IBAN recorded in the system be stopped forthwith.

03.          An early action is requested, please.
