SUBJECT: VERIFICATION OF SIS DATA REGARDING PRIMARY SCHOOLS BY CONCERNED CEOS-DEAS
Please refer to subject cited above,
2.                    Primary Schools have always been the focus of different interventions under School Education Department. Data pertaining different schools is available on School Information System (SIS). In order to cross verify the data entered on SIS, CEOs-DEAs are required to certify the authenticity of available information at SIS. In this regard, I am directed to share the following lists with CEOs-DEAs for verification. Data has been extracted from School Information System (SIS) on May 7th, 2024.
Lists have been shared through an email dated May 7th, 2024, enlisted as under:
- List of Primary Schools with Zero teacher.
- List of Primary Schools with Single teacher.
- List of Primary School with two teachers and enrollment up to 50 students.
- List of Primary Schools with two teachers and enrollment between 51 -100 students.
- List of Primary Schools with two teachers and enrollment above 100 students.
3. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Authenticity certificate regarding aforementioned lists should be shared with this office last by 5pm today.
