WAPDA Employees & Pensioners to Receive Early Salary & Pension for Eid-ul-Fitr:
The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has officially announced that all WAPDA employees and pensioners will receive their March 2025 salary and pension in advance on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. This move aims to provide financial ease to employees and retired personnel ahead of the upcoming festive celebrations.
According to the latest Office Order issued by the General Manager Finance (Coordination) – Finance Division (Regulations), WAPDA House, Lahore, salaries and pensions will be disbursed on March 26, 2025, instead of the usual end-of-month payment schedule.
This early disbursement applies to:
✔ Regular WAPDA Employees
✔ Contract, Work-Charged, Contingent & Daily Wage Staff
✔ WAPDA Pensioners
This decision aligns with WAPDA’s standing orders and aims to support employees and pensioners in managing their expenses ahead of the Eid celebrations.

SUBJECT: DISBURSEMENT OF PAY AND PENSION IN ADVANCE FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH, 2025 ON OCCASION OF EID-UL-FITR TO WAPDA EMPLOYEES AND PENSIONERS
Ref: This Division’s Officer Order No. FO(B&F)/37-56/9849-10149 dated 05.07.1984.
In terms of standing orders of the Authority, referred to above, Pay & Allowances to all WAPDA employees (including contract, work charged, contingent & daily wages) as well as Pension to Pensioners, for the month of March, 2025 be disbursed in advance on 26th instant, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
