In a recent notification issued by the Sindh Governor’s House, Governor Kamran Tessori has taken a bold step to advocate for the residents of Sindh. He has formally requested Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah to take immediate action in providing a relief of Rs. 14 per unit on electricity charges, similar to the initiative taken by the Punjab government. This relief, aimed at easing the financial burden on consumers using up to 500 units of electricity during the months of August and September, could significantly alleviate the rising cost of living.
