Urgent Directive: Multan Education Authority Demands Immediate Correction of Teacher Seniority Data-Notification

Subject: SUBMISSION OF REPORT IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUES FOR INCLUSION OF SENIOIRTY LIST IN SIS PROFILE OF TEACHERS

Please refer to the directions issued by the Secretary School Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore on 24.05.2024 and directions issued during the online meeting through Zoom on 25.08.2024 regarding subject cited above.

You are requested to direct the Dy, DEOs (EE-M/ EE-W) and Heads/ Principals of the schools of your wing to submit the data of the teacher (s) whose seniority number has been wrongly entered in the School Information System’s (SIS) profile.

It is further requested to submit the compliance certificate to the office of the undersigned by tomorrow dated 26.06.2024 before closing of office hours that all issues of wrongly/ incorrect seniority number done by the teacher (s) of your wing have been provided to the undersigned.

For necessary correction of wrongly/ incorrect seniority number from the School Education Department, Lahore, the following documents are required:

1. Hand written application of the teacher with signature of the teacher.
2. Copy of relevant page of notified seniority attested by the concerned DEO.
3. Proforma both in soft and hard signed copy.

All of you are requested to attended the office of the undersigned tomorrow, 26.08.2024 at 5.00 PM along with above mentioned record as the undersigned will chair meeting tomorrow.

Moreover, please provide list of teachers with designation, CNIC, EMIS code and seniority number whose seniority number has not been entered up till now tomorrow in the meeting.
