CIRCULAR.

In accordance with the directive of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, the following instructions are issued:

All Stay Matters related to development projects and official recruitments, whether pending before the Hon’ble Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court or any District Court within Gilgit-Baltistan, must be disposed of within one month.

District & Sessions Judges are directed to communicate this directive to all Courts under their jurisdiction and ensure its implementation.

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Chief Justice GB Chief Court.
