NO.SOC(E&AD)4-31/2017/MISC: Consequent upon the appointment of Mr. Shah Faisal Ulmankhel, Advocate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Clause (1) of Article 140 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, vide this Provincial Government Notification No. SO(E)LD/5-9/2024/3144-57, dated 09.03.2024, the Competent Authority has been pleased to allow him the rank and status of Provincial Minister with effect from the date of his appointment without any Financial Implications on Provincial Exchequer.
