The Committee Shall:

- Conduct monthly visits to the assigned division, ensuring a minimum of four (04) school visits per month, with a preference for visiting two male and two female schools.
- Perform a stock-take and progress review with the Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of the District Education Authorities (DEAs) in each district within the division, focusing on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Undertake visits to monitor any special initiatives implemented within the district/division, such as the School Meal Program, Teacher Needs Assessment (TNA), and the Punjab Schools Reforms Program (PSRP), etc.
- Record and submit the visit report through the designated application.
