Subject: – DIRECTION REGARDING BAN ON APPOINTMENTS AND
PROCUREMENTS IN MTI HOSPITALS
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that in the light of Peshawar High Court Peshawar vide its Consolidated Judgment dated 08-10-2024; all writ petitions were disposed-off.
Therefore, the Competent Authority is pleased to withdrawn of this Department’s letter of even number dated 01.07.2024 and 16.08.2024 with immediate effect, till further orders.
