By extending the upper age limit to 43 years, the provincial leadership demonstrates its intent to address unemployment challenges and ensure inclusive growth. The initiative is especially significant in a province where socio-economic conditions often create barriers for aspiring candidates, particularly those who may have been unable to compete within previous age restrictions. This progressive step not only enhances participation but also aligns with the principles of fairness and equal opportunity. Furthermore, the policy is likely to contribute positively to the province’s administrative efficiency by attracting a diverse pool of talent. As the implementation of this notification unfolds, it is expected to strengthen public confidence in the government’s efforts to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for employment, ultimately promoting the socio-economic development of Balochistan.
