Disciplinary Action Initiated Against Elementary Teacher in Neelum District: Azad Jammu & Kashmir Directorate of Education Issues Suspension Order-Notification

ORDER

The Director Public Instructions, Element, & Secondary Education (Male)/Authority has accorded following approval:-

1. Initiation of disciplinary proceedings against the following under Rule 5(1) of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1977:-

ii.            Mr. Gul Zareen, Elementary Teacher, Boys Primary, School Ghakriali, District Neelum on account of :-

1. Misconduct as defined in Section 2(1)d of the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Civil Servants Efficiency & Discipline Rules, 1977.
2. Corporal punishment to a student.
3. Creating perturbation and an environment of trepidation.
4. Making himself liable for action under Azad Jammu & Kashmir Civil Servants Efficiency & Discipline Rules, 1977.
5. Suspension of the aforesaid Elementary Teacher from service under Rule 6(1) of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1977.
6. Appointment of Mr. Liaqat Ali Abbasi Deputy Director, Directorate of E&SE (Male) AJK as an inquiry officer under rule 6(B) of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) rules, 1977.
