Subject:          INSTRUCTION REGARDING VACANT POST OF SST DUE TO PROMOTION

Memo,

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to inform you that all those posts of SST which are going to be vacant due to recent promotion of SST B-16 to headmistress and Subject Specialist may not be filled through transfer /adjustment.

I am further directed to ask you that any advance order issued by your office upon these posts should be cancelled immediately.
