Gilgit District Announces Local Holidays for March 2025:
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) and District Magistrate of Gilgit has officially declared local holidays for various religious and cultural occasions in March 2025. This announcement follows the directives of the Home & Prisons Department GB and aims to facilitate the local community in observing significant events.
According to the notification, the following dates have been designated as public holidays in Gilgit District:

I, Amir Azam Hamza, Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate Gilgit do hereby declare the following local holidays in District Gilgit on account of the occasions mentioned against each:-
