Balochistan Government Announces Summer Break 2025 – Official Vacation Notification Released:
In a recent development, the Government of Balochistan, Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Department has issued an official Government Notification declaring summer vacations in the Summer Zone educational institutions across the province. As per notification No. SO(Acad:)4-17/Misc:/2025/Edn:/392, dated 22nd May 2025, all colleges and higher education institutions under the department’s control will remain closed from 1st June 2025 to 13th August 2025.
This step has been taken to ensure the well-being of students and staff during the extreme summer heat common in Balochistan’s summer zone. The decision applies to both public colleges and higher education institutions falling under the jurisdiction of the department.
Educational institutions and students are advised to adjust their academic calendars and prepare accordingly. This annual closure will also provide time for institutions to conduct maintenance and necessary renovations where needed. Please find notification:
