E&SE KPK Notifies Revised Office Timings for All Staff – Effective Immediately:

The Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education (E&SE), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar has issued a fresh directive concerning official office timings for all staff serving within its jurisdiction, including the Directorate of Merged Districts (NMDS). As per this official notification dated 22^nd April 2025, all officers and officials are required to adhere strictly to the new working hours set from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM with immediate effect.

This step comes directly under the directives of the Honorable Minister for Education, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and aims to improve administrative discipline, punctuality, and overall office performance within the department. The notification outlines not just the timing but also the accountability structure, placing responsibility on Additional Directors to ensure full attendance compliance by their subordinates.

In pursuance of the directives issued by the Honorable Minister, Elementary and Secondary Education (E&SE) Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, it is hereby notified for strict compliance by all concerned:

OFFICIAL OFFICE HOURS: All officers and officials serving within the Local Directorate, including those in the Directorate of Merged Districts (NMDS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, are mandated to strictly observe the official office hours, which are hereby fixed as 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with immediate effect.

RESPONSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL DIRECTORS: All Additional Directors within the Directorate are hereby informed and shall be responsible for ensuring the punctual attendance of the staff under their supervision. Any instances of late coming by subordinate staff will be the responsibility of the respective Additional Director to address and ensure rectification.

MANDATORY COMPLIANCE: Strict adherence to these notified office hours is obligatory for all personnel.
