Government of Punjab Seeks Suitable Schools for Middle & Matric Tech Labs Setup– Notification

SUBJECT       AVAILABILITY OF SUITABLE LABS FOR MIDDLE TECH AND MATRIC TECH PROGRAMME

Kindly refer to the subject cited above.

2.    I am directed to inform that Government of the Punjab. School Education Department intends to introduce Middle and Maim Tech programme in the public schools after school time. In this regard, identify one boy and one girl school in each tehsil where this programme would be introduced as per given format—

District	Tehsil	Name of Boys School	Name of Girls School	Number of Rooms available in the school	Number of rooms allocated for Middle /Tech/Matric tech	Name of trades identified for the students (At least 2 trades)	Name of teacher identified for the trades	Renovation of labs with necessary equipment

TERMS OF REFERENCE (TORS) FOR SELECTION OF SCHOOLS:

1. This school must be situated in the center of the teem
2. The school must have a well furnish. IT lab
3. The school must have at lea. 2 rooms for labs cum classroom purpose
4. Identify trades, renovate and prepare labs as per requirements
5. Identify at least 15 students from the community to get admission for Middle Tech/matric Tech programme after school time.
6. Graphic Designing, Internet of things (IoT), Plumbering, Applied Electrician. Media Production, Advertising. Dress Making. Beautician, Fundamentals of Cooking. Introduction to Tourism. Hotel management. Livestock. Computer Science etc are among the proposed trades/skills

3.                     I am further directed to request you to ensure the implementation of the above said directions in we letter and spirit and also send the requisite information in EXCEL format through e-mail at ddm2.cmmf@gmafficom till 30-10-2024 positively.
