Punjab Higher Education Department Launches E-Transfer Round for Awaiting Posting Officers:
In an important move aligned with the Transfer Policy 2024, the Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department (HED) has officially announced the opening of the E-Portal for male and female officers currently on awaiting posting status. This government notification was issued on April 24, 2025, and aims to facilitate transparent, efficient, and merit-based postings via the HED Punjab Mobile App and CIS Portal.
This round of e-posting provides a complete digital framework for officers seeking appropriate placements across Punjab. From updating profiles on the portal to displaying merit lists, the process will span from April 28 to May 6, 2025, ensuring officers are allotted postings in a time-bound and fair manner.

SUBJECT: OPENING OF E-TRANSFER ROUND FOR THE AWAITING POSTING OFFICERS (MALE/FEMALE).
I am directed refer to the subject cited above and to state that pursuant to the approval of Transfer Policy-2024, the Competent Authority has been pleased to approve the opening of E-Portal for the posting of awaiting posting officers (Male/Female).
2. Accordingly, following schedule is hereby notified:-
