SUBJECT: VERIFICATION OF RELEVANT RECORD REQUIRED FOR ISSUANCE OF BENAZIR HARI CARDS (BHC).
I am directed to refer to the subject and to inform that in a review meeting held on 21.04.2025 under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary Sindh, it was directed that the revenue authorities not to cause delay in providing the verification reports/record on the subject matter which may be expedited by the Board of Revenue by issuing such directives to the lower formation.
I am further directed to request to please direct the Mukhtiarkars and Assistant Commissioners to ensure provision of the relevant record duly verified to the concerned quarters without delay and if the same is pending which may be expedited and monitor personally so that subject matter may not be delayed for want of requisite verification reports/records on part of revenue authorities.
