IESCO Engineers Association Requests Eid Bonus for Employees:
The IESCO Engineers Association (Regd.) has formally requested the Chairman Board of Directors, IESCO, Islamabad, to grant a Performance Cum Hardship Allowance for all employees on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr 2025.
According to the official letter, IESCO has emerged as the top-performing distribution company (DISCO) in Pakistan, generating a profit of over Rs. 10 billion by the end of December 2024. The association credits this achievement to the strategic leadership of the board and the hard work of IESCO’s management and workforce.
To acknowledge the employees’ dedication, the IESCO Engineers Association has requested a bonus equal to one month’s basic pay for all staff, including regular, contract, deputationist, lump-sum package, and daily wage workers. This allowance is proposed as a reward and appreciation for their exceptional contributions.

It is apprised for your sympathetic consideration that IESCO is the best distribution company amongst all DISCOS of Pakistan on its performance basis. IESCO has earned profit in excess of Rs.10 Billions, ending December, 2024.
No doubt, it’s all done due to formulation of effective strategy by board under your leadership & its true implementation by IESCO management & workers.
Keeping in view of above, it is requested to grant performance cum hardship allowance equal to one month basic pay to all IESCO employees (Regular, Contract, Deputationist, Lumpsum package & daily wager etc.) on the eve of Eid-Ul-Fitr-2025 as a token of appreciation cum reward for their exceptional contributions.
