SUBJECT: REMOVAL OF PRIVATE PERSONS WORKING IN EXCISE & TAXATION OFFICES
It has been observed that private individuals are working in various Excise and Taxation offices across Sindh Province, contravening official protocol and Sindh Government Rules of Business.
- In view of above, it is directed to issue strict directions to all field officers to immediately remove private persons from these offices. Failure to comply will result in stern disciplinary action against the concerned Excise and Taxation Officers and Senior ETOs/Deputy Directors under the Efficiency and Discipline Rules of 1973.
- Furthermore, the services of concerned Director Excise & Taxation will be placed under suspension and adverse remarks will be incorporated in the PERs of the Director General, E&T Sindh.
