Subject:          RETRIEVAL OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES FROM UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL (HEALTH DEPARTMENT, KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA).

Reference is made to the meeting convened on 14th October 2024, under the chairmanship of the Advisor to the Chief Minister on Health in the Health Department’s Conference Room, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to deliberate upon Agenda Item No. 3 pertaining to retrieval of vehicles from unauthorized personnel. It was decided that a committee, led by the Special Secretary (B&D), Health Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is constituted to facilitate the immediate retrieval of official vehicles of Health Department from unauthorized individuals.

2.                     In this context, a Zoom meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow the 16^th October at 10:00 AM. All District Health Officers and Medical Superintendents of DHQ Hospitals are hereby requested to participate virtually. The Director General Health Services, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Chief Planning Officer, Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Chief HSRU, Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are instructed to attend the meeting in person at the undersigned, office.
