Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Colleges to Host Private Exam Centers for SSC Exams 2025–Notification

KPK Government Shifts Private Exam Centers to Public Colleges for SSC 2025:

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has issued a new directive regarding the upcoming Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Annual Examinations 2025. In an effort to streamline the examination process and ensure better supervision, all Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISEs) in KPK have decided to shift private sector examination centers to public sector institutes.

However, due to the large number of students appearing for exams, public schools alone may not be able to accommodate all candidates. To address this issue, the government has decided to utilize examination halls in public sector colleges across the province. Colleges have been directed to cooperate with BISE authorities to facilitate the smooth execution of the examination process.

This move is expected to enhance transparency, improve facilities, and create a standardized environment for students taking their board exams. The Secretary of Higher Education KPK has instructed all public sector colleges to extend their support in setting up the exam centers. Please find the notification:

SUBJECT:            FACILITIATION IN SETTING UP OF EXAMINATION CENTERS BY BISES of KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA.

                              I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that as per directions of Honourable Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; all the Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Educations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are shifting the private sector examination centres to public sector institutes in the upcoming SSC Annual Examination 2025. Due to the huge number of students, the public sector schools may not be able to accommodate the private sector students, therefore the boards intend to establish the examination halls in Public Sector Colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

                              Subsequently, upon the directions of Secretary Higher Education, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, all the colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are directed to facilitate your concerned boards in setting-up examination centres in the light of the directions ibid, please.
