Dear Sir,

                              I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that KP-EMA has started recording the cumulative monthly attendance of the teachers since the start of March-2025. However, the field offices of KP-EMA have reported that the school heads, particularly Headmasters/ Headmistresses and Principals, do not mark their presence in the attendance registers, resulting in insufficient data for cumulative attendance.

2.                           In view of the above, I am directed to request that clear instructions may be issued to heads of all government schools through proper channels for mandatory marking of their attendance in the attendance registers, please.
