KPK Government Mandates Biometric Attendance for Transparent & Efficient Workforce Management:

In a significant move to enhance transparency and efficiency, the Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has directed all District Education Officers to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of the Biometric Attendance System in their offices.

This initiative aims to:
✅ Eliminate proxy attendance and ensure real-time tracking of employees.
✅ Improve staff discipline and punctuality.
✅ Streamline workforce management in the education sector.
✅ Enhance administrative transparency with digital attendance records.

All concerned officers must verify staff registration, ensure the system is fully operational, and submit a compliance report within three (03) days.

SUBJECT:             INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE SYSTEM.

Memo;

                              I am directed to refer to the subject captioned above regarding the Biometric Attendance System and to ask you to ensure that the biometric system is properly installed and fully operational at your office.

                              Additionally, you are asked to verify that all office staff members are registered and updated in the Biometric system for accurate attendance tracking.

                              Furthermore, you are directed to provide a report within three (03) days, confirming that the Biometric system is functioning properly at your office.
