Sindh School Education Department Adds Key Agenda Items to Upcoming DPC Meeting:

The Government of Sindh’s School Education & Literacy Department has issued an important notification regarding the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting scheduled for March 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM. As per the latest directive, several critical agenda items have been added for discussion.

The key topics to be addressed include:

• Data collection of students across Sindh
• Details of promotions made against the post of HST in the last five years
• District-wise breakdown of Secondary School Teacher (SST) posts
• Draft working papers for HST to HM promotions
• Vacancy positions (BS-17 to BS-20) in HM/SS cadres
• Nominations for Civil Awards (if any)

All Directors of School Education (Primary and ES&HS) are required to attend the meeting fully prepared with the relevant details to ensure a productive discussion.

i. Data Collection of Students.

ii. Details of promotions made against the post of HST during last 05 years

iii. Details of posts of Secondary Schools Teachers (District wise).

iv. Draft Working papers of promotion of HST to HM.

v. Vacancy position (BS-17 to BS-20). HM/SS Cadres.

vi. Nomination for Civil Awards (if any).
