Subject:          CHECKING PORTAL FOR OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that this office has taken extreme notice over non-checking of official portal. This office makes correspondences of official letters through official portal and expect every institution to visit the same for response but to no avail and hence failed to response this office timely.

In view of the above, all the private institutions are hereby directed to regular check the official portal and ensure the response/Compliance timely in-order to avoid any complications in future.
