Cancellation of All Attachment Orders for School Staff in Balochistan Reaffirmed-Notification

SUBJECT:-     CANCELLATION OF ATTACHMNET ORDERS

With reference to the subject noted above and to state that you are well aware regarding abrogation/cancelation /withdrawal of all kind of attachment orders (Teaching & Non-teaching staff) throughout the Province by the secretary Govt. of Balochistan schools Education Department.

You have already been intimated vide this office earlier letter No, 31906-47/EB dated 26.10.2024, in continuation of Competent Authority Notification No. 50 (5-1)1-1/2-237/Edn 8244-60 dated 30.10.2024.

However, it is regretful to say that despite issuance of such orders, it has been observed with great concern that Teaching and non-teaching staff of schools, are still working on attachment basis either at office of the Divisional Directorate of Education or at District Education Offices which is against the principle and rule of business and official decorum.

It is pertinent to mention here that there is no attachment policy for teaching and non-teaching staff, having no legal effect and as such attachments have rendered schools dysfunctional against which teachers were appointed.

You all (All controlling Officers/DEOS/DDOs) are hereby directed to refrain from issuance of any kind of such attachment orders and relieve attached staff immediately with the direction to report to their original place of posting and also obtain presence status, failing in compliance, disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against the concerned controlling Officer under BEED Act, 2011.
