SUBJECT: FAKE/ BOGUS/ FABRICATED BUDGET ESTIMATE APPROVAL LETTER FOR THE YEAR 2024-25.
                   The Section Officer-II, Local Government & HTP Department, Government of Sindh Karachi vide letter No.SO-II/LG/10-1/2021/SUK dated 25th September 2024 informed that the letter bearing No.SO-11/(LG)12-16/2021/SUK dated 08-08-2024 regarding approval of annual Budget estimates of your Council for the year 2024-25 has not been issued by the Department. The same is fake/ bogus/ fabricated such fraudulent act to manage the fake document on your part.
2. You are therefore called upon to explain to clarify you position within 03 days, as to why disciplinary action should not be taken against you under the rules.
