Subject: – VENDOR PAYMENTS WITH MANDATORY IBAN
Kindly refer to the Controller General of Accounts Islamabad letter No. CGA/QAC/Progress Report on IBAN update/693 dated 09.07.2024 on the subject noted above.
                       The Controller General of Accounts has desired the pre-requisite IBAN should be made mandatory for all categories of vendors including company, employees and pensioners without exception.
It is requested that the mandatory IBAN of all your existing & new vendors i.e. company, employees & pensioners may be furnished to this office upto 31st July 2024 as a pre-requisite for processing of bills w.e.f 1st August 2024. Otherwise this office will stop payment to all vendors whose IBAN is not updated in SAP system by the given deadline. The information may be provided in hard form as well as in soft form (MS Excel sheet) please.
The matter may kindly be treated as top priority.
