Subject:               UPDATION/VERIFICATION OF KEY FIELDS IN HR PROFILES IN HRMIS MODULE OF iEMIS.

Please refer to the subject cited above and to state that some of the key fields in the HR Profiles, especially of teaching cadre staff in the HRMIS module of iEMIS needs to be corrected/updated and the un-verified profiles may also be verified from your respective logins on TOP PRIORITY basis till August 01, 2024 positively. These key fields data will be used for the administrative decisions/assignments as well as postings/ transfers of the employees and in case of any missing, incorrect data and un-verified profiles, the respective DEO will be held responsible.

List of the key fields which needs to be corrected/updated are as under:

1.   Domicile of Employee

2.   Date-of-Birth

3.    Employee (District, Tehsil, UC, VC/NC)

4.   Job Type (Regular, Adhoc, Contract etc.)

5.   Cadre Designation (i.e. Original Actual Designation)

6.   Working Designation (i.e. Present posting designation)

7.   Last Posting Date of Employee at present post/station

8.   Spouse data (if employed)

9.   Disability

10. Tehsil, UC, VC/NC fields of all Schools in the School MIS module.

In view of the above, you are therefore, requested to direct and facilitate your respective DEMIS staff / iEMIS Focal Persons to complete the task/assignment by the target date positively.
