NOTIFICATION
No. SO (Univ.)5-6/2024. Pursuant to the recommendations submitted by the Search Committee constituted vide Higher Education Department’s Notification No. SO (Univ.)5-1/2018.VOL-V dated 25.05.2024, the Chief Minister has been pleased to appoint Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali as Vice Chancellor of the University of the Punjab in terms of Article 105 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, read with Section 11(8) of the University of the Punjab Lahore Act 1973 and entry 11 of Part-A of the Third Schedule of Punjab Government Rules of Business 2011, with immediate effect, for a period of 04 years.
