Subject :- PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING HISTORICAL SCHOOL BUILDINGS
I am directed to refer to the subject captioned above and state that the Competent Authority has desired the provision/identification of historical school buildings established over 75 years ago, owned and maintained by the School Education Department You are requested to provide details of the present condition of these buildings, along with a brief history and minimum of 5 pictorial evidences, to develop a databank for preservation purposes
2. I am further directed to state that requisite information may be prepared in line with following prescribed proforma (in hard & soft form) on excel sheet and furnished to this Department within three (03) days positively:
