Strict Action Against Unauthorized Media Personnel Entering Schools–Official Circular Issued

Bahawalnagar Education Authority Bans Unauthorized Media Personnel from Schools:

In a significant move to ensure the safety and security of students and staff, the District Education Authority Bahawalnagar has issued a strict directive banning unauthorized individuals, including media personnel, from entering schools without prior approval.

This decision follows multiple complaints from teachers regarding unidentified individuals entering schools, making videos, and threatening staff and students. A recent incident at Govt. High School 30/3-R, Tehsil Haroonabad, led to an FIR being registered against the intruders.

According to the official notification, no individual shall be allowed to enter school premises without a valid authority letter from the Competent Authority. In case of any unauthorized entry, school administrations are instructed to immediately contact the police and inform the Head Office.

CIRCULAR

A group of Teachers came up in this office & appeared before undersigned with the written request that some so called media persons used to come In the schools without any introduction, intimation or prior permission from the Competent Authority and make videos besides threatening the innocent students and staff, as like-wise incident occurred in Govt. High School 30/3-R, Tehsil Haroonabad whose case has already been got registered in Police Department in shape of lodging FIR, for initiation of criminal action against the unlawful and unauthorized entrants. Hence, the applicants requested to take appropriate corrective measures for the safety and security of schools by restraining such unauthorized incumbents.

                              In view of above, it is generally directed for all the stake holders of the Department, that no such unlawful or unauthorized person might be allowed to enter in the schools or offices until or unless he do not present Authority Letter or permission letter from the Competent Authority and in case of any such incident occur an immediate remedy of calling police as well as intimating Head office might be adopted to curb down undue interference in the Government duty / job.
